The harvest season has officially begun today, with the harvest of the Sangiovese used for our Rosè (see photo). Our Rosato comes from younger vineyards in our estate, generally less then 10 years old and the grapes are hand picked so to have the most accurate selection directly in the vineyard. This year the harvest has started a little bit earlier than usual, due to the very warm summer we have had. We will keep you updated with other harvest reports!
